Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to transmit key messages quickly and clearly. Passion for creating and writing engaging and entertaining content releases
  • Attention to details
  • Business-level fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Must possess a “can-do” attitude
  • Demonstrate good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
  • Eagerness to learn about the Indonesian eCommerce industry
  • Degree in PR, journalism, marketing, advertising or similar is advantageous
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS is advantageous

Job Descriptions

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organisation's corporate image and provide design inputs into all collaterals and promotional materials
  • Manage and coordinate the production of all print and online collaterals, publications and/or promotional materials
  • Coordinate with other departments on collateral distribution for external events
  • Write, edit, or proofread a variety of marketing collateral materials, including, but not limited to advertisements, invitations, brochures, legal alerts, and announcements
  • Write, edit, or proofread a variety of internal communication materials, including, but not limited to monthly newsletter and announcements
  • Manage and coordinate with other departments for any form of external communications, including, but not limited to advertisements, invitations, legal alerts, and announcements
  • Execute email blast for both internal & external communication purposes
