About the role

As a technical Account Manager, you’ll be a key partner to some of the world’s leading brands. Collaborating across teams and geographies, you will support Userlane’s customers to understand and improve the value their organization realizes from their software investments. Using Userlane’s unique HEART framework, you will understand how employees use software and work with multiple stakeholders to improve adoption, increase employee productivity, and drive value realization.

Your main goals: Account expansion and retention

Your mission

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Userlane’s solutions to ensure customer success, fostering product adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Advise major accounts on their digital transformation goals, including setting targets, ongoing evaluation, and mutually agreed metrics.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with key enterprise stakeholders as their reliable advisors.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Userlane, ensuring seamless collaboration and product enhancement.
  • Analyze client usage patterns to provide valuable insights, enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Regularly assess your portfolio for potential risks and opportunities, making informed, data-driven decisions.

Your profile

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in account management, consulting, or customer success within a SaaS organization working with enterprise accounts.
  • You’re adept at managing relationships with large enterprises, delivering customer-focused solutions for sustained value.
  • You are skilled at interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in project management, communication, and presentation, able to influence senior decision-makers.A genuine interest in technology and digital transformation, combined with solid business insight.
  • Fluent in German and English.
