A company in West El Paso needs a Payroll Clerk .
M-F 8am-5pm @ $17.00
Must have experience working at a car dealership & using CDK!
The Payroll Clerk's duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Compile, prepare, and enter payroll data using appropriate software to manage and maintain payroll records
- Process payroll using established guidelines and deadlines
- Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
- Update master payroll records that affect net wages such as exemptions, insurance, and flexible spending accounts
- Process employment verifications for new employees, as well as track employee terminations, transfers, and promotions
- Prepare statements of earnings, hours worked, taxes, and deductions
- Print payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
