Recognised financial services company with global presence is looking to hire a seasoned Talent Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Employer Branding Strategy to shape the future organization
Key Responsabilities:
Design the annual talent acquisition strategy to guarantee the growth plan
Boost the market positioning against competitors and sector through the right initatives
Supervise the KPI's of the area to guarantee the strategy achievment
Collaborate with other People areas to boost transversal projects linked to talent acquisition, talent development, organization and talent management matters
Act as a custodian of the employee lifecycle to attract and retain the best talent
Design effectives succesion plans & leadership development programs
Develop global programs in local actionns
Relations with external HR advisors
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience working in global environments with international reports.
English: Fluent
Spanish: Mandatory
