Recognised financial services company with global presence is looking to hire a seasoned Talent Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Employer Branding Strategy to shape the future organization

Key Responsabilities:

  • Design the annual talent acquisition strategy to guarantee the growth plan
  • Boost the market positioning against competitors and sector through the right initatives
  • Supervise the KPI's of the area to guarantee the strategy achievment
  • Collaborate with other People areas to boost transversal projects linked to talent acquisition, talent development, organization and talent management matters
  • Act as a custodian of the employee lifecycle to attract and retain the best talent
  • Design effectives succesion plans & leadership development programs
  • Develop global programs in local actionns
  • Relations with external HR advisors

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience working in global environments with international reports.
  • English: Fluent
  • Spanish: Mandatory
  • Curiosity and strategic thinking
  • Influence and leadership to move forward the initiatives
  • Experience managing teams
