The opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standards.

Your key responsibilities

In this exciting new role of consultant, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team with the administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and maintaining client records. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of proposals and presentations while managing and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and client interactions. You will also oversee the contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution, including renewals and amendments. You need to ensure all contracts are compliant with internal policies and legal requirements. You will also coordinate with legal, compliance and finance teams to address any contractual issues or queries while monitoring and ensuring adherence to internal compliance standards, especially related to risk management. Furthermore, you need to prepare regular reports on sales activities, contract statuses, and compliance matters and assist in auditing processes and implementing improvements in internal controls. Lastly, you will also be handling general office tasks, such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence and will also organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on sales support and/or contract management
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and legal concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior experience in a business consulting environment.
  • Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and auditing processes
