Valeo Service ASEAN is currently looking for a IS Manager !
As VS Asean IS Manager, you reports hierarchically to VS Asean General Manager and functionally report to VS Asia IS Manager.
You are the guarantor of the good working of the Informations System under operational and optimal conditions. To ensure this, you collaborate strongly with all Valeo competences centers including, VS IS-IT Central team, National IT Center, Asean IS Shared services, EDI CC, etc...
Under directives provided by both Valeo Group, Valeo Service BG, you implement, verify, and ensure that IT and IS standards are well deployed and maintained according to Valeo Global Strategy.
You act as project manager, and therefore animate and coordinate the communication between Key-Users, VS IS-IT central team and consultants on all Group IS projects
You have to understand and analyse all business processes to ensure optimisation of those processes through Valeo Information systems in all domains (Finance / Marketing / Purchasing /Quality / Human resources /Sales / Supply Chain). You help business departments reaching operational excellence using Valeo Service Core System 1000 to monitor it.
You ensure the level 2 support (level 1 is ensured by key users) for all local and central applications: (Issues, evolutions requests, bug, training) and act as a facilitator on the support. Part of the support is to ensure a good use of IS tools by providing trainings.Finally, you administrate, maintains and supports all applications in the Valeo Service (SAP, BW, TPM, WMS, Phocas, EDI et Web EDI, Pims, ValeoCare4U, TOTEM, E-PROC, PRICER, WEB I@M, LIBERATION, SMART OFFICE, SMART PROCESS, ...).
