  • Provide an efficient support in Factory of the Future applications (e-BTT, e-RO, e-WS) and SAP production planning module
  • Implement best practices and deploy projects from Valeo group across ASEAN entities (National Directorate, Shared services, Sites)
Ensure efficient deployment of standard SAP PP, e-BTT, e-RO, e-WS applications
  • Deploy standard FoNF solutions (e-BTT, e-reorder, e-work instruction applications) across all ASEAN sites (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia)
  • Assist & pilot SAP projects for PP module and  FoNF solutions (Merge, Consolidation, Split, New entities, Comp@ss V4)
  • Train and maintain the community of business key users (SAP PP, FoNF, Business Process)
  • Ensure the 2nd level of support & escalation process to the Group Core Team and Service Desk team
  • Ensure functional & technical coherence between Group standard and local implementation
  • Work closely with business key users to communicate and support the roll out of FoNF applications.
    Collect  eBTT, electronic Reorder business needs and share best practices
  • Collect, specify, promote and pilot new business features not yet covered by standards
  • Exchange and capitalize best practices with others IS FoFN analysts in Asia
    Ensure efficient deployment of SAP Production Planning module
  • Deploy standard PP processes & applications within sites and shared services
  • Train business key users with Comp@ss standard
  • Ensure the 2nd level of support & escalation process to the Core Team.
  • Ensure functional & technical coherence between Group standards and local implementation.
  • Carry-out local supply chain project, alignment items with Group standard and requirement
  • SAP change management : Transport Orders, maintenance & validation
  • Ensure the data quality follow-up for the BW HANA Reporting for related module
  • Work Closely with logistics and supply chain Team
  • Ensure that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve incidents and problems in systems and services
  • Provide high quality management information on customer service levels
  • Ensure all expect ASEAN KPI are reporting ontime (ZCHR,TO backlog,..,etc)
  • Discuss needs with sites in a non-technical language, and answer inquiry from business users or site IS team member
  • Receive system issue report from business key users, investigate root cause, resolve and feedback
  • Work with other IS colleagues (Site IS and SSC) to resolve issues
  • Work with group support team through proper communication channel
  • Proactively follow up issues and anticipate issues
  • Translate functional requirements into System Design Specifications
Education/ Academic/ Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related technical
  • 5 years of SAP PP experience (SD,MM is a plus) in large scale operation support or enterprise and project roll out
  • Experience in interfacing applications with SAP ERP, and good understanding in production planning business function
  • Knowledge in Oracle DB, Web services technology, and fundamental networking is preferable
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of a complex applications and technology infrastructure
  • Knowledge in BW reporting , BW on HANA is a plus
  • Strong ability to solve problems and be customer focused
  • Ability to work in a high demand environment with multiple priorities
  • Very team oriented and cooperative
