CTG is seeking experienced Epic Conversion Analysts.

We are seeking experienced Epic Conversion Analysts to oversee and execute the data conversion and migration strategy for the Epic expansion and deployment. This role ensures that legacy data from multiple systems is accurately and efficiently migrated into Epic, supporting a seamless transition for clinical and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Epic conversion tools, data mapping, and healthcare data workflows.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $155,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
