Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sourcing and Employer Branding Expert to build the global sourcing and employer branding strategy and program. This expert will lead the development of Zerto’s global recruitment marketing strategy across all talent segments to increase our standing as an employer of choice with critical talent, and also create a sourcing strategy designed to attract talented passive and active candidates. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create engaging social media content, drive employer branding in campaigns with increased focus on our employee value proposition and influence other recruiting efforts.

The Sourcing and Employer Branding Expert will report to the Talent Acquisition Leader.

 You will:

  • Define, implement and Manage Zerto’s Sourcing and Employer Brand activity
  • Source and build relationships with active and passive top talents through networking, social media, Internet research, job boards/libraries, referrals etc.
  • Promoting Zerto’s brand as an employer of choice
  • Leverage Social Media channels and networks for Recruitment Marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter...)
  • Market and manage Employee Referral programs and activities
  • Partner with the global talent acquisition team, other HR members, hiring managers and marketing team
  • Working with external stakeholders - vendors, agencies, additional companies etc 

 You need to have:

  • Strong passion around sourcing and employer branding fundamentals with innovative best practices to deliver results
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-tech environment
  • Public Relations and communication background is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing technics
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English
  • Bachelor’s degree
