You’ll connect with students, direct them to FAFSA support via Zoom, and ensure they complete the steps needed to start their program. Perfect for anyone with customer service, call center, or admissions experience. Make an impact every day!
This a temporary position from February - September 2026 only.
What We Offer
- $25 - $28/hr

Responsibilities
- Contact students to schedule financial aid appointments and guide them to FAFSA support via Zoom.
- Assist students in starting or completing their FAFSA by identifying who has no FAFSA on file.
- Conduct outreach to transfer students, program change students, and graduate re-enroll students to collect missing documents.
- Maintain accurate records of student communication, appointment scheduling, and FAFSA completion status.
- Partner with the Financial Aid and Student Development teams to improve student readiness and overall show-rate.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and scheduling
Skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in written format
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic to intermediate level proficiency with productivity software (MS Office)
