Technology & Operations Financial Analyst

NXP Technology and Operations Financial Analyst will help drive accurate, value-added reporting and efficiencies in the Technology & Operations organization by helping to bring clarity to the performance of our global factories and support organizations and their consolidated financial reporting. This position will also help facilitate the communication of business performance and team involvement with both our Business Unit finance teams, and Corporate Financial Planning.

  • Coordinate and consolidate global monthly/quarterly business planning, analysis and financial reporting. Reporting examples include monthly financial operations package, monthly corporate reporting package, and quarterly fiduciary reviews.
  • Analysis and reporting using SAP, Hyperion, and Essbase.
  • Prepare executive summary overviews for the Technology & Operations Senior Management and staff.
  • Help drive process improvements and simplification related to NXP financial processes, reporting, forecasting and integration efforts
  • Coordinate activities and responsibilities with finance and business colleagues located in NXP facilities worldwide (Austin, Malaysia, China, Netherlands, and Singapore).
  • Individual ad-hoc responsibilities including involvement in M&A activities.


2-3+ years of business finance experience required.

A Bachelor's Degree is required. An advance degree is preferred.

  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent judgment to deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to drive opportunities across organizations.
  • Results-oriented contributor must demonstrate business acumen and resourcefulness.
  • High level proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint with strong systems skills
  • Experience with SAP, Hyperion essbase and Planning strongly preferred
