The Human Capital (HC) team, within the Internal Firm Line of Services of PwC Bulgaria plays a key role in personnel administration, recruitment, talent management, and employee experience, ensuring that our firm’s internal processes align with PwC’s global standards and local business needs. By driving effective HR practices and innovative solutions, the HC team empowers our workforce to achieve their full potential and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

By joining our HC team, you will help us in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique candidate and people experience for each individual. You will grow and learn a lot, but will also make friends and have fun. Our environment is very dynamic and yet demanding, but we support each other along the way.

This is a 2-year fixed-term position to cover maternity leave.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute our recruitment strategy, continuously refining it to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness
  • Develop and sustain partnerships with key external stakeholders, including universities and student organizations, to increase the company’s visibility and attract top talent
  • Manage and coordinate pre- and post-recruitment event planning, including sponsorship packages, budgeting, merchandise, speakers, team briefings, suppliers, and logistics
  • Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our processes
  • Conduct LinkedIn searches and analyze available candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end (A-Z)
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers (department heads and hiring managers) to understand their recruitment needs
  • Create an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Serve as a super-user for our HR software and other talent attraction tools
  • Support HR administration and other people-related processes as needed
  • Analyze data to support data-driven decision-making in HR activities
  • Collaborate as part of a truly global network of firms — working with regional HR teams and actively contributing to PwC recruiters’ and employer branding networks
  • Participate actively in various HR projects both locally and regionally

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding
  • Previous experience working with universities and graduate recruitment is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Strong general computer literacy, including proficiency in PowerPoint, various HR and recruitment systems and tools, and the ability to interpret and analyze recruitment data
  • Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability and willingness to lead projects autonomously
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-driven problem solver with strong self-management capabilities
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems is an advantage
  • Comfortable using AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing, assessment, and data analysis
