We are currently expanding our operations in Warsaw, where we're building a new Global Solution Centre (GSC) to serve the entire EMEA region. One of the cornerstones of this transformation is the creation of a new IT Hub, with a strong focus on technology, innovation, and engineering excellence. Since 2024, we’ve launched 7 C# development teams, and we’re not stopping — more teams are being built, and existing ones are growing fast.Our C# developers focus primarily on backend development, with only a small portion involving frontend work and limited web development. Many of our systems are designed for internal use by our front-, middle-, and back-office teams. The tech stack varies between teams, depending on the business use case and architecture of the solutions.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Building, delivering, and running the application, using Craftsmanship best practices.
• Developing and supporting features in a functional applicative chain.
• Providing production support for existing application features.
• Proposing recommendations for process improvement.
• Giving clear and consistent reports to the clients and management.
• Writing unit tests and reviewing the code to be delivered.
• Performing non-regression tests.

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

• You have strong C# skills – years of experience matter less than your expertise.
• You are familiar with Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD.
• You communicate in English with ease.
• You enjoy working in a team and eagerly share knowledge.
