Overview

As the Financial Supply Chain (FSC) Banking Support Service Officer, you will be a Senior level team player who accurately and consistently performs FSC activities for an assigned product portfolio within the Deutsche Bank Global Supply Chain Organization. As the ideal candidate, you will consistently provide excellent customer service to current clients and partner with the FSC Sales and Implementation teams to meet or exceed financial goals by facilitating the on-boarding of new clients. Tasks involve time critical, complex, and regulated tasks including interaction and communication with internal and external parties.

What You’ll Do

  • Primary service contact for product suppliers in the USA, Mexico, Canada, as well as other Global regions
  • Coordinate and ensure all remote client training for FSC front end applications and ensure alignment with the FSC program
  • Apply all internal and external policies/ guidelines and requirements of the regulators and to agreed Service Level Agreements, Key Risk Indicators, and/ or Key Performance Indicators and quality measures, managing and mitigating risk for clients and the Bank
  • Work effectively with local as well as Global teams, providing support and guidance to colleagues, creating, and fostering an environment of cooperation and continuous improvement. Shows ownership of requests received. Is accountable end-to-end for requests initiated by own team (coordination within organization)
  • Handles service questions promptly, client issues, complaints and inquiries from clients or colleagues as first point of contact for clients regarding Cash Manager, FX4cash and local products by phone or by e-mail. Maintains accurate and complete records of communications with clients for audit and compliance requirements
  • Trains client staff and colleagues in the use of Cash Manager, User Manager, FX4Cash, Cash Inquiry and local products. This could be on site or over the telephone and WebEx

Skills You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of corporate cash management products as well as domestic and international payment methods and instruments. Experience in Cash Management or similar environment (e.g. treasury). Ability to take full ownership and responsibility across the Cash Management organization
  • Ability to encourage and persuade colleagues around the global Deutsche Bank infrastructure to obtain specific, accurate and timely answers/solutions for clients
  • Skills for e-banking and back-end systems would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software applications Word, Excel, and Power Point

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Ability to balance between Deutsche Bank interest and client’s interest. Strong client focus
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, verbal and written
  • Spanish language is a plus
  • Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, keeping pace with technical innovation and maintaining a broad understanding of the product offerings

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $55,000 to $100,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
