You will perform a range of administrative duties to effectively provide leverage to the consultants.
Some of your responsibilities will include travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission and accounting administration. You will also maintain calendars for assigned consultants, handle all phone calls in a professional and efficient manner and develop strong working relationships with the individuals in which you support.
You will produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints. You will also support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executive assistants to ensure backup coverage.
