Description

The Real Estate Development Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the real estate development team through rigorous financial analysis, budget management, and administrative oversight. This position is responsible for maintaining and updating financial models, ensuring contracts and invoices are processed accurately and on time, and managing the administrative functions necessary for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial analysis and dynamic modeling for all real estate development projects, including feasibility studies, cash flow projections, scenario analysis, and ongoing budget management.
  • Oversee contract administration and invoice processing, ensuring all financial obligations are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, accounting, legal) to ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for development projects.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, budgets, and financial models.
  • Take ownership of administrative responsibilities for the development team, including scheduling, documentation, and workflow management.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, memorandums, and other deliverables for internal and external audiences.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates on financial and administrative matters.
  • Domestic travel up to 25% (primarily in the Southeastern U.S.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate development, or project administration preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with contract administration and invoice processing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $75,679-$113,519 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
