  • Project Management & Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead or support end-to-end Workday initiatives, including module implementations, integrations, business process redesigns, and global rollouts
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into system solutions, and manage expectations
  • Apply structured implementation methodologies, including requirements documentation, system design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate future organizational needs and ensure scalable HCM solutions are in place
  • Day-to-Day System Administration
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for Workday-related incidents, including root cause analysis and long-term fixes
  • Oversee end-to-end employee data lifecycle management (e.g., onboarding, job changes, compensation, talent records), including mass updates, system testing, and scheduled maintenance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, process guides, and escalation protocols
  • Serve as an escalation point and mentor for junior HRIS team members, as applicable
