Position Title : Procurement Analyst- DDIT Procurement

About the role :
To be responsible for multiple categories in one country or one cross division category in one country part of the category aligned team. May own the delivery of individual project defined as part of annual category plan, to focus on project deliver with activities including requirements gathering, market analysis, qualifying and selecting suppliers with the relevant business partners and team members, as well as non sourcing projects such as demand management and process improvement
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, crafting reports, and delivering insights that will help category teams make informed business decisions. As a business analytics professional, you will belong to Operational Excellence & Planning area and collaborate transversally along all Procurement DDIT the towers (Categories, CoE), building dashboards, crafting data models and delivering insights, among other tasks.
- Handle large and complex sets of data to produce analytical solutions for optimization and data visualization.
- Distill and communicate key insights across all levels of the organization.
- Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to institutionalize findings and track procurement performance.
- Work closely with internal teams, using data to drive continuous improvement within their categories.
- Responsible for creation, deployment and ongoing maintenance of metrics and benchmark to review performance and KPIs.

Role Requirements
What you will bring to the role:
- Align, design, execute and embed data and business analytics strategy. Provide recommendations to management based on data analysis to improve processes, drive efficiencies and enhance cost savings.
- Ideate, develop and apply data science and analytical modelling techniques to identify trends and optimization opportunities by looking at datasets across many different categories.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive/Implement/Own business analytics innovation/automation projects within the category.
- Strong ability to present to and deal with senior stakeholders.
- Solid experience in navigating in global, matrix organizations and across geographies and cultures and fluency in English (C1-C2 level is a must)
Desirable:
- University/Advanced degree is required, Master’s degree in fields such as business administration, finance, computer science or technical field is preferred
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in procurement with strong knowledge in data analytics/analysis domain (Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Qliksense, Microsoft BI, Python etc). Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills
