Job Description:

Role Purpose

As a TA Coordinator, you are a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at dentsu. In partnership with TA Specialists/Business Partners, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, you are responsible for successfully and seamlessly shepherding candidates through the recruitment process and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience. You will support one or more Service Lines across the UK & Ireland cluster, and may be asked to support EMEA colleagues dependent on workload / demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with interviewers to schedule onsite and video interviews & assessments
  • Manage candidate scheduling throughout interview process, acting as a resource for any questions/challenges
  • Post jobs on external job boards
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in recruiting systems to ensure compliance and clean reporting
  • Coordinate candidate travel where applicable and manage expense reports for both candidates and the Talent Acquisition team
  • Manage the provision of offer letters and manage the administration and completion of background checks
  • Ensure that new hires are inducted into the local onboarding process effectively through the delivery of relevant employment checks
  • Support and actively contribute to TA projects

Key Skills and Experience

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize appropriately
  • Experience in scheduling and/or coordinating a high volume of meetings/interviews
  • Comfortable interacting and building relationships with stakeholders and candidates of all levels
  • Comfortable with using various tools, including MS Office suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, Reporting software
  • A desire and ability to actively participate in TA project work
  • A desire to understand the dentsu brand holistically, being a source of truth as candidates learn about who we are and how they can be a part of our vision
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively and kindly
  • Ability to problem-solve autonomously and collaboratively
