Ford of Thousand Oaks is looking for a motivated, customer-focused BDC Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
This role is critical to our dealership’s success. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, creating a positive experience while generating and managing sales and service appointments.

The Hourly Pay for this position is $20.00 plus bonus opportunities based on Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
