What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager, Sales and Delivery Operations to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across Sales and Delivery Operations in North America, focused on leading efforts in one or more workstreams related to: customer experience, standardization, field performance metrics, or other critical functions.

The Project Manager, Sales and Delivery Operations on the Sales and Delivery Operations team will be key to continuing Tesla’s massive growth by continuing to drive improvement in customer experience and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Own strategy and drive implementation of key sales and delivery initiatives in partnership with HQ and field teams
  • Manage multiple high-profile projects that directly support efficient Sales and Delivery operations while fulfilling overarching company objectives
  • Drive strategic improvements to productivity and customer experience in support of and in partnership with field sales and delivery partners
  • Continuously review operating metrics to identify and scope optimization opportunities
  • Review performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented projects
  • Succinctly communicate progress and status in diverse forums, including executive leadership
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity including analytical modeling, operations management, and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Passionate about communication and driving a positive customer experience. Proven ability to drive positive customer engagement. Demonstrated communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels
  • Robust analytical skill set, including proficiency in Excel modeling
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously. Ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity. Strong desire to execute and identify new ways to push the business forward
  • Exceptional project and system management skills. Possessing the diplomacy and cooperative style to positively influence outcomes

Expected Compensation

$68,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
