Eaton’s GEIS division is currently seeking a Business Unit Manager - Airport Lighting Products, GEIS. This position is onsite at our Windsor, CT facility. Relocation within the United States is provided for this role.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
The Business Unit Manager is responsible for the short and long-range growth and profitability of the ALP business unit and the proportionate contribution to the overall growth and profitability of Eaton’s GEIS Business in support of established goals and objectives. This position requires an understanding of global markets and technology trends in the Airport Lighting Space or similar markets. The incumbent will develop, direct and coordinate a global organization with functional responsibilities for business development, sales, product management, research and development, operations, and finance. The success of the position is measured by increased sales penetration into existing accounts and growth with new customers and markets as well as meeting pre-established operational performance objectives while meeting overall business profitability goals.
