Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are looking for Head of Service Delivery – BSS to be part of our team! A hardcore specialist, responsible to provide program management leadership to Charging & Billing systems roll out, upgrades, transformations etc from concept to realization.

A critical and strategic role to ensure internal stakeholders are aligned, customer expectations are met and realize successful outcomes on solution delivery. Work on strategic level providing thought leadership, handle delivery risks and work closely with CTO to deliver the solution. An opportunity to supervise the largest Charging consolidation, a high visibility program both for customer and within Ericsson.

You will:

  • Lead C-Level engagements, governance with customer management teams as well as with internal management team.
  • Steer other Program Directors in program and own E2E delivery.
  • Steer project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
  • Management of execution and mitigating risks of project contractual agreements
  • Identify customer business needs through consultative engagements and influence the customer to practical de-risked approach to realize the solution delivery
  • Lead and mobilize internal resources throughout the business lifecycle, from RFP to solution blue printing to solution delivery, ensure a smooth transition from delivery to support, and maintain an influential role for the solution delivery under own responsibility.
  • Strive to resolve program management challenges and risks in Solution Delivery
  • Liaise with Ericsson organization to position global material, roadmap and technology offerings.
  • Effective leader ensuring solid reporting, communication and program governance

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • University degree in Business or Engineering, Master’s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum 12 years’ in similar program management leadership roles in Solution delivery
  • Program management experience in area of responsibility - Ericsson Digital Services or equivalent - Primarily in BSS, Optional - IT, OSS Products, Services and Consulting.
  • Experience delivery Systems Integration and/or transformation programs
  • Solid Understanding of Sales Process and Service Delivery Process.
  • Social ability and interpersonal skill, critical thinking and problem solving
  • Accountable, committed and results-oriented with leadership experience.
