The Vendor Operations Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting Foot Locker’s Vendor Operations strategy by leading cross-functional initiatives that improve vendor performance, compliance, and operational execution. This role partners closely with Vendor Operations, Merchant, Supply Chain, Distribution Center Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to plan, execute, and sustain programs that enhance how Foot Locker works with its vendor community.
Program & Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end project management for Vendor Operations initiatives, from intake and planning through execution, rollout, and stabilization.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure initiatives are aligned to Foot Locker business objectives and Vendor Operations priorities.
Vendor Operations Enablement
Support the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of Vendor Operations programs, including:
Vendor scorecards and performance reporting, Compliance and chargeback programs, Distribution Center quality audit and defect reduction initiatives, Vendor onboarding, education, and communication enhancements, & Translate vendor and operational challenges into clear, actionable project plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a key liaison between Vendor Operations and internal partners including Merchant, Supply Chain, DC Operations, Finance, and Technology on Vendor Operations related initiatives though facilitation of working sessions, project reviews, and stakeholder alignment meetings. Drive accountability and decision-making across teams in a highly matrixed environment.

The annual base salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
