WHY: The purpose of this role is to lead other leaders in shaping and executing strategies that advance our 5-year vision for GPS-ME-RESS. This includes driving organizational lighthouse goals—such as achieving industry best in processes and equipment innovation, capital equipment efficiency and manufacturing cost per unit.
WHAT: As a Senior Manager, you will provide strategic direction and empower managers and technical experts to deliver results through their teams, ensuring alignment to business priorities and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. You will work to make the RESS manufacturing system best in class as compared to outside competition with lowest HPU, MCPU, and Capital metrics.
HOW: By guiding and developing leaders who support our plants, removing barriers, and enabling cross-functional alignment to make it happen for our customers—delivering operational excellence and accelerating transformation across Global Manufacturing.
Work Arrangement - Onsite
The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. This role requires up to 25% of domestic and international travel.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
