Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Operation Access is responsible for raising HCPs awareness and monitoring the implementation Patient Access Program to our company products in accordance with approved/licensed product labeling. Reporting to the Patient Access & Process Excellence Lead, the Operation Access Specialist will ensure the successful operation of the patient access program at assigned hospitals. The role involves collaboration with internal, external stakeholders and compliance oversight.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Raise awareness and handle queries of targeted HCPs on PAP program with content, reach, frequency as per approved communication plan.
  • Conduct other approved activities to ensure effectively communicate the program to HCPs.
  • Monitor Program Coordinators, Patient Navigators, and any other relevant parties/stakeholders to ensure all operation of VePAP in hospitals being executed as per re-designed E2E process and our company SOP/policies.
  • Laisse with hospital key decision makers getting input/feedback to support other operation such as hospitals contract, FOC delivery and management.
  • Address programs implementation issues proactively, feedback for Program Owner in improvement of current PAP operation process and input for development of new component or new programs.
  • Participating and contributing to the strategic access plan with sound insights of HPCs practices and hospital operation process.
