Responsibilities


 

  • Develop strong relationships with all customers / partners.
  • Extend full support in Pre Sales designing of project BOQ’s.
  • Assist customers with technical information, product descriptions, Installation and Commissioning process.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve the division’s objectives.
  • Provide Telephonic and/or personal visit support to ensure Key projects are completed on time and in accordance with SOP’s.
  • Manage Return’s Policy and under warranty parts replacement in close coordination with Global Tech Support team. 
  • Conduct Technical and Certified Training across region as per requirements.
  • Follow up customer complaints about relevant company products and aim for satisfactory solutions from both the company’s and the customer’s viewpoints.  Recommend product modifications in response to customer problems.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical requirements.
  • Comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 12 years + experience in a sales support function with firsthand knowledge of India customers, focusing on present and future target markets – Oil & Gas vertical
  • Knowledge on Engineered To Order products
  • Evidence of success in building and maintaining Key Customer relationships
  • Capable of developing and executing support strategies
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry relevant standards,
  • Degree qualified with an engineering bias ( B.Tech)
