About the team:
Change Management & Leveraged Services team pulls together all shared functions used across the division. This includes Training & Certification as well as Recruitment and Contractor Management. As a team our aim is to provide cost benefits and scale at pace.
What you will be doing:
You will be asked to design learning modules on our key products as part of a training and certification programme to support a standardized approach throughout the business area. Working closely with Training Managers and Subject Matter Experts who will be identifying gaps and updates needed to learning material, your role will be to develop this material into engaging learning. You will need to build strong working relationships with SMEs and content owners to ensure that material is accurate and key milestones are met.
