The TA Team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team who will focus on hiring and attracting top talent in the Indian market. This role is located in Mumbai and will report directly to a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. 

Candidate must be able to officially commence within a month or earlier.

  • Oversee projects: Choose projects that include: Employer branding, Diversity & Inclusion, reporting/metrics, candidate experience, and more 
  • Exposure and usage of state-of-the-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms 

You will be responsible for reporting on the following metrics, including the following: 

  • Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days 
  • Pipeline Sourcing 
  • LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate 
  • Interview to offer ratio 
  • Offer acceptance rate 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the candidate process from the initial interview to the offer stage
  • Source, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and alternative search techniques 
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications 
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

What You Have: 

  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment, preferably with agency or financial services experience
  • Demonstrated capacity for successfully working in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local job boards, such as Naukuri and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) 
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
