Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate people to join the BrightStart Apprentice Scheme as a Claims Administration Apprentice. In this role, you will be interacting with our customers over the telephone. Our Customer Service Teams work in a fast paced, lively environment where our people are empowered to make and deliver decisions. As part of the BrightStart Apprentice programme you will receive full training and support to achieve your Apprenticeship qualification alongside gaining valuable experience in a Call Centre/Customer Support role. No experience is necessary, but you must have the desire to learn and grow within our organisation. Our aim with BrightStart is to successfully develop employees in to long-term careers here at Brightstar. We guarantee you a job and a competitive salary when you successfully complete the programme.
