The Opportunity:

As Project Manager, you will be accountable for supporting the Commercial department by planning, coordinating, and monitoring cross-functional projects, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining full compliance with ethical, regulatory, and internal standards.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operational Excellence, Operations, and external partners to ensure effective project delivery, optimize internal processes, and strengthen collaboration between operational and strategic functions.

In this role, you will foster a strong culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and project management excellence, coordinating end-to-end project execution while ensuring adherence to ethical and compliance requirements, and contributing to the company’s transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders to ensure overall project coherence, develop and monitor project plans, lead meetings, produce and share meeting minutes, and identify risks and resource criticality.
• Organise and coordinate activities across multiple projects by developing a transversal view, managing key milestones, identifying weak points in project deployment, and driving stakeholder engagement to optimise execution.
• Ensure effective project deployment by monitoring deliverable quality, timelines, digital project progress, identifying friction points, implementing problem-solving methodologies, and managing supplier and co-contractor requests (contracts, invoicing, administrative actions).
• Implement and manage control mechanisms to ensure compliance with internal rules, procedures, timelines, and methodologies, while coordinating end-to-end commercial department projects in line with Ethics and Compliance requirements.
• Act as a central information reference by consolidating and streamlining information flows, adapting communication to diverse stakeholders, working cross-functionally, and supporting marketing and sales teams through planning, coordination, monitoring, simplification initiatives, and KPI development and reporting.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven experience in project coordination and management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with demonstrated ability to manage planning, risks, resources, and cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
• Proven experience working in an international or cross-functional environment, supporting marketing and/or sales teams on local or global initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with experience developing monitoring tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience contributing to transformation initiatives, operational excellence projects, or cross-departmental programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design, implement, and improve processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted partner, build effective internal and external networks, and adapt communication to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to identify risks and opportunities, resolve issues, support change management, and operate in a results-oriented environment.

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent.

Additional information:

• This is a permanent full-time position.
• Location: This position is based in France.
• This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our respective local affiliate office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
