Job Summary

CU Marketing & Comms UK & Ireland. The unit is responsible for managing marketing, communications with the common objective to create impactful customer experiences for key accounts/in key territories.

 

As Head of Marketing & Communications, you will lead a Marketing, Communications team assigned to CU UK & Ireland. You will be responsible for the CU MC&G plan and agenda, content and execution of activities.

 

The unit will work in very close collaboration with the CU and you will act as a SPOC for Marketing, Communications in the CU Leadership team. MELA MC&G functional units, as well as several marketing and communication functions, will also be important counterparts.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • SPOC for the CU
  • Own and drive the plan for CU and activate an integrated MC&G plan
  • Drive MC&G agenda on CU LT and drive MC&G agenda with customer and market requirements
  • Define the content and agenda for CU, aligned with MELA for consistent messaging
  • Work with MELA to ensure alignment
  • Manage relationships with local external stakeholders incl. customer counterparts
  • Drive customer engagements tactics to create impactful customer experiences, including planning, managing, executing and following-up on global marketing campaigns, around the customer journey
  • Provide input on CU marketing content needs to global point of contact
  • Measure activation success and analyze needed changes

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience

  • Experience from executing global marketing campaigns
  • Experience from demand generation
  • Experience from digital marketing and marketing software
  • Strong focus on execution and measurable results 
  • Significant Marketing Experience

 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Previous line management experience
  • Experience from establishing a new team
  • Resource management (including budget management)
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Experience from B2B sales in IT/Telecom industries
