We are seeking a thoughtful, experienced Montessori educator to join our small, nature-connected school community in a role that will be intentionally shaped around the strengths, interests, and availability of the ideal candidate. This position is well suited for a guide who brings a broad Montessori perspective—ideally with experience and/or training across Early Childhood (Primary) and Elementary—and who values both academic depth and the beauty of the Montessori tradition.

Our school honors the cultural, seasonal, and experiential elements that make Montessori education rich and meaningful. We value educators who understand the importance of rhythm, storytelling, art, music, nature, and celebration as essential threads that weave academic work into a cohesive and inspiring experience for children.

Role Overview

Responsibilities and schedule may include a combination of classroom teaching, small-group lessons, curriculum enrichment, mentoring, or program support, depending on the candidate’s background and interests. This flexibility allows us to build a role that is mutually supportive and sustainable.
