Mercer-Sirota is a leading provider of employee engagement services, designing and providing custom employee surveys and related attitude research to clients globally. We have been active in the field of international attitude research for more than 40 years, with operational teams in Europe, America, Latin America and Asia – plus a presence in most countries via our Mercer Career offices.
We are looking for a Director of Operations for the Europe-Pacific (EP), based in our Woking, UK office.
Manage the efficient and effective delivery of client engagement projects through personal delivery and managing a wider project team
Oversee the delivery of projects, including the quality of output and adherence to data and compliance standards
Manage an international team of 10-15, including allocation of projects, training and development
Liaise with clients and internal colleagues to ensure projects meet agreed quality and commercial targets
Participate in business development within the region
Guide the evolution of our survey technology platform, in conjunction with colleagues in other regions
Personally supervise larger projects and help shape the evolution of client engagement programmes
Skills and Experience
Degree qualified in Psychology, Statistics, Sociology or similar
Proven experience of managing large scale HR or client service projects
Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering large scale client projects within an employee engagement or HR environment is highly beneficial
Strong client engagement and delivery experience is high beneficial
