voco® Hotels is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our Hot & Cold Kitchen team. This role is key to delivering high-quality culinary experiences, maintaining consistency in food preparation, and supporting the overall success of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in the Hot & Cold Kitchen according to brand standards and recipes.
• Ensure high levels of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with HACCP standards.
• Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
