Job Title: Senior Associate, Retail Account Management
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Department: Sales
As the Senior Associate, Retail Account Management at SC Johnson, you will be assisting in managing Big C account. You will be responsible to drive the business growth within controlled budget and ensuring a profitable volume growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable to achieving sales target, profit margin, within a yearly controlled budget.
- To prepare annual account plan which align with company direction and retailer with sales strategy.
- To work with cross function to ensure stock availability and smooth delivery with customer service and implant
- Ensure to implement instore activities on time by following company direction with sales uplift
- To maintain good relationship and work closely with key customer
- Analyzing sales and market situation as well as consult with Associate Manager for necessary solutions for sales growth and competition
- Identify new opportunity in assigned area to consult to Associate Manager to gain sales and win in store
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and in modern trade channel / key account management
- Customer focus and commercial acumen
- Experience in using CSmart, Nielsen or similar data analysis tools
