Your Role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating with global CTS stakeholders to lead, facilitate, and drive completion of projects and/or processes for continuous improvement.

Essential Job Functions:

• Utilize appropriate tools (e.g., Uptimize, Domo) to analyze trends, quality metrics and other date to identify quality and compliance gaps/risks.
• Lead and/or participate in quality improvement project teams.
• Assess current processes and analyze quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working to improve quality and compliance.
• Provide support for regulatory inspections.
• Lead and/or participate in trend or other critical impact investigations.
• Lead projects related to mitigation of risks highlighted on the Risk Register.

Who you are:

Must have:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in science or technical area.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or applicable technical role.

Nice to have:

• Certification in quality engineering, quality improvement, and/or six sigma.
• GMP/GLP experience.
