Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office in Raleigh, NC.
This position is responsible for providing advanced technical and operational business system support. Works with business partners to assess business requirements, works with internal or external technical resources to ensure functionality developed meets business needs, and implements functional specifications to assigned systems. Ensures that developed solutions support Bank objectives through reporting and analysis activities. May involve elements of system testing or development. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support
Preferred skills:
Previous experience within the banking domain
Previous experience with systems or operational support (nice to have)
