About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to play an integral part in handling recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. This role is designed for a motivated individual looking to start their career in HR and contribute to the scale-up of a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to assisting with hiring decisions.
  • Research and develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct video, phone, and in-person interviews.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Handle recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Montreal and Canada through events, university presentations, and social media.

Requirements

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field with solid academic performance.
  • Experience: Recent graduate to 2 years of work experience. Prior exposure to recruitment or HR required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English is required (Written and verbal).
  • Skills & Traits:
  • Passionate about a career in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and G Suite.

The company recruits experts from all over the world in all industries for its clients primarily located outside Quebec, with the support of the company’s other offices located outside Quebec with which interaction is constant. Accordingly, knowledge of English is required for this position.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training will be offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
