Customer Services is an integral part of Adenza's growth and success. Team and Role Overview

The project manager will be part of the PMO for the cloud services and will be responsible for strategic and key cloud platform development and operations projects. The PMO is responsible for project Qualification, centralized project planning, execution, and rollout on our cloud platform. The Project Manager will be responsible for every aspect of the project process and success. The main responsibilities include constantly managing the project scope, working with the team and project stakeholders to achieve the KPIs of the project, closely managing delivery deadlines, and having active and effective communication with customers for rollout and internal management. The project manager must manage the project resources, budget, and forecast properly.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management and leadership of the project and the project team. Provide effective leadership and management controls
  • Establish appropriate delivery methodologies and manage the effective transition between project phases
  • Cascade vision and translation into delivery goals for the team
  • Identify and establish appropriate project controls
  • Manage performance and report progress to backers. Influence key decision-makers
  • Work together with the project team to establish project goals and project timelines. Foster strong connections and work in collaboration with other teams & departments
  • The project manager will be responsible for managing and communicating issues to all stakeholders
  • The Project Manager will be the first escalation level for project delivery issues and report the implementation progress to our project owners, sponsors, and the Project Steering Committee
  • Work directly with project owners and stakeholders to review business / functional/technical requirements to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Work on PMO for program and capacity management across the portfolio of projects under the cloud services
  • Participate in project qualification processes and management of a centralized portfolio dashboard

Skills And Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience working on mission-critical complex projects with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Knowledge of systems and relevant software applications (ITSM toolsets)
  • Experience acquired in Fintec (B2B) or financial services projects and resource management with matrix reporting
  • Deep understanding of process management and improving efficiency through effective process management
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field
  • A solid, demonstrable record of completing large and complex projects with experience in program management
  • Project management certification, which includes PMP and Agile, is preferred and considered a differentiator
