DUTIES:

 

Provides warm and natural guest services and handles the set-up of daily reservations. Check in and check out guests and all guest services in accordance with the objectives, performances and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotel, Ningbo.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Related working experience
  • Fluent in both written & oral English
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work on extended duty hours
