The incumbent will be working alongside the VP, Asia and the Country Managers to design, market, and manage Unity Enterprise COE Solutions and partner programs to Fortune 500 companies, large foundations, and large IT services companies.

 

He/She will play an important role in developing greenfield opportunities, forging new relationships and raising awareness for Unity and the essence of your role will be to shepherd the leads which the VP/President generates to close. This includes developing sophisticated and effective proposals, managing a robust pipeline and cultivating relationships with the Enterprise COE partners through joint GTM and lead generation.

 

The success in this role will require the incumbent to operate effectively as a stellar enterprise sales person and an extraordinary problem solver, project manager, and team player.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities

  • Be the strategic and tactical business partner to the VP, Asia, and other sales and business leaders; supporting and sustaining growth involving business development, alliances, partnerships, strategy and operations aligned with Unity’s Global and Asia vision to achieve revenue success and drive business impact of the enterprise COE partners.
  • Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify, make and execute critical strategic decisions and implement Unity’s global vision throughout Asia offices
  • Identify new markets, build strong pipeline/large scale deals for new markets and products, develop business cases to pursue, monitor and evaluate new revenue opportunities with best-in-class licensing deals and platform partnerships to deliver maximum profitability through the Enterprise COE deals in the region.
  • Develop key customer and partner relationships and implement direct and partnered selling strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
  • Manage overall sales process, assist in determining annual sales forecasts and update Company leaders on sales prospects and quarterly regional forecasts
  • Input into pricing and packaging strategies
  • Gather feedback from potential and current customers to guide future development
  • Drive deal pipeline to signed contracts
  • Passion for helping to create new products through market understanding and customer empathy

 

Skills and Experience

  • University or bachelors’ degree or equivalent is preferred. MBA would be advantageous

 

  • Minimum 15 years experience in sales, marketing or related capacity
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills (preferably in 2 different languages)

 

  •  Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross functional teams and third parties
  • Proven experience conforming new ventures and/or leading turnarounds.
  •  Knowledge of Unity products and value proposition

  • It is expected that 50% of time will be in client facing activities.
