For our Neuroscience business unit in Sweden, we are looking for an Omnichannel Engagement and Project Management Lead who will join our continued evolution and development of enhancing the digital OCE agenda.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing the OCE strategy for Neuroscience (NS) in Sweden. To that end we look for your strong vision and operational tactics of how we bring the best-in-class OCE tools to the teams as you work from the forefront of the OCE landscape.

ROLE OBJECTIVES

This role is a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibilities, including:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive OCE strategy within the BU to leverage new and existing channels which optimize our engagement with stakeholders
  • Identifying and communicating business drivers, opportunities, and risks across the breadth of the portfolio
  • Developing and leading high performing and customer-focused commercial Initiatives, through leading and driving of core business initiatives

In close partnership and collaboration with the Neuroscience Team you take ownership of the OCE perspectives and insights that are incorporated into the brand plans as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures brands, competition, market dynamics, medical trends and levers of growth are analyzed on a regular basis and develops view on brand issues, market development, competitive positioning, customer segments and needs
  • Works collaboratively and aligns with OCE leads across the Nordics and foster best practice and NS portfolio insights sharing
  • Acts as the key point of contact for the Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) team to gather, implement and anchor DD&T initiates from EUCAN locally
  • Identifies and understands training needs (target: KAMs and Brand Customer Managers) and shapes agendas for sales conferences and BU team meetings, appraises performance within the team
  • Drives core projects (timeline and quality) such as Innovation, National Congresses, Regional meeting and ensures adaptation/implementation of new processes as required
  • Define and set KPIs for OCE campaigns in close collaboration and alignment with the Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T) team 
  • Set clear Strategies, define processes for each of the defined Focus Channels (CRM, webinars and Remote Engagement, Approved emails, Websites, etc)
  • Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns vs goals (defined KPIs), including lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions and optimizing customer reach
  • Lead the creation and monitoring of selected OCE projects with Takeda’s preferred Marketing agencies, negotiating the best offers and defining deliverables according to KPI’s

SKILLS and COMPETENCIES

The ideal candidate brings a strong OCE experience from a matrix organization with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar
  • 3-5 years of experience with OCE and digital marketing in a regulated industry e.g. pharma, cosmetic or alcohol.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with driving and implementing cross functional projects
  • Proven analytical and influencing skills
  • Preferably experience with digital transformations
  • Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
