Job Summary
Works with project sponsors and key stakeholders, to define program objectives and project scope. Plans, monitors and manages programs and projects from initiation through to completion. Secures required resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, issues and changes. Manages programs and projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. At the higher levels, incumbents manage large programs consisting of a portfolio of projects. At the lower level, incumbents manage simple projects or individual elements of larger projects.
