1. Provide IT technical support to WW Logitech employees on desktop PC, laptop, mobile devices and other related IT equipment.

2. Provide account administration of various business applications, ie. Oracle, Agile, Hyperion, etc.

3. Provide working time hot line telephone support to Logitech employee.

4. Other IT related technical of administration works within IT Client Service Team support scope.
