How you will make an impact:

As the Contract Manager, you will be the key contact for sales, customers, and the Crane internal organization on projects from award to delivery and beyond. This role requires both technical and commercial acumen to ensure successful project management and execution, directly contributing to new sales and company growth. You will manage a portfolio of awarded customer contracts, ensuring satisfaction by providing relevant information and solutions, collecting and sharing customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly. Your independent judgment and project management expertise will help drive continuous improvement and customer success.

• Interface with business unit management teams, senior project or product managers, and customer/supplier law departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Apply independent judgment and creativity to resolve project and contract issues.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of customer relations, project management concepts, and applicable contract law.
• Draft moderate to complex, non-routine project contractual instruments.
• Identify and recommend improvements to corporate policies and procedures.
• Assist in new business pursuits and the development of project strategies, policies, and processes.
• Exhibit strong analytical, communication, presentation, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Excel in internal and external negotiations, thriving in upper-level management environments.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other technical field and 24 semester hours of business, with three or more years of business or related experience.
• Fluent in English (company standard language). Proficiency in Russian, French, Spanish or Portuguese valuable.
• Ability to draft moderate to complex project contractual instruments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Signing of non-compete agreement within job agreement.

The salary range for this role is €38,000-50,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
