The Role
As a key member of the Corporate Development team, the Corporate Development Analyst (sourcing) will focus on proactively sourcing, mapping, and qualifying high-potential acquisition and strategic partnership targets that accelerate Hadrian’s growth objectives. This role will focus on venture backed targets and will be immersed in the VC ecosystem. This role plays an essential part in identifying opportunities early in the deal lifecycle and feeding strategic deal flow into the broader Corporate Development pipeline.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, reaching founders and executives in a way that drives meaningful conversations and insights.

Compensation
For this role, the target salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
