We are currently seeking a District Sales Manager in the Gujarat area ( Location - Ahmedabad) who will be responsible leading, directing, managing, and driving sales development and achievement to ensure assigned sales targets.

What we’ll get you doing:

  • Lead team to support company goals, brand goals, gross profit and target goals by working closely with all Phenomenex departments
  • Drive Value Selling Culture at all levels through innovative solution selling approach along with a culture of candidness, dignity and transparency throughout the District
  • Develop a strong leadership within team by implementing MSCRM / DBS which would result in improving Core Opportunities; observe customers and gain insights beyond VOC; encourages team to pool their insights to resolve if there are new data to consider, to drive business growth
  • Develop strategic business plans with supporting market intelligence to ensure future growth in assigned District
  • Willingness to travel to meet customer demand within District up to 50%

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • Master’s degree in any Life Science
  • Extensive experience in leading a Sales Team (branch or district teams) with proven track record
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Datacube will be required for this role 
  • Motivation and desire to be successful with a “can do” approach, maintaining a positive attitude, being a Team player, striving to learn and to contribute to company culture
  • Must be able to present clearly and to large groups, i.e., seminars and training

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working in cross-functional teams and matrices.
  • Hands on experience in Chromatography using HPLC.
