Evolent Health is looking for a Senior Analyst to be a key member of the growing Corporate Development team. The team serves as the “point person” for many of Evolent’s strategic endeavors, specifically focusing on M&A and partnership opportunities, as well as negotiating and structuring long-term contracts with Evolent’s growing client list.


The Senior Analyst will be responsible for working with the Evolent executive team, board of directors, and industry experts to identify potential M&A targets. Once targets are identified this individual will support the valuation and diligence processes. In addition, this individual will gain exposure to the broader Evolent value proposition through the development of strategic, operational, and financial structures for long-term relationships with Evolent clients. This will consist of capturing inputs from across the company, and synthesizing them into cohesive, adaptable models that demonstrate value to Evolent, our provider partners, and our patients. The Senior Analyst will also help to develop the management services agreements to govern these relationships.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting)
  • 1-3 years of experience



  • Transaction experience in management consulting, investment banking, principal investing (private equity or venture capital), accounting, or corporate development environment, with exposure to healthcare industry
  • Significant M&A valuation and diligence experience or transaction structuring experience
  • Experience in health plan economics
  • Ability to present and communicate analytical findings in a concise and clear fashion 
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and managing processes efficiently
  • Willingness to explore new approaches, adapt, and execute quickly
  • History of superior performance across educational and professional settings
  • A+ talent, intellectually rigorous, and desire to be part of a high-growth entrepreneurial organization
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities
