You'll start your day reviewing learning metrics and site performance data, identifying trends that require intervention. You'll conduct check-ins with your peers and ensure they are supported. Mid-morning, you might facilitate a working session with leaders to design the strategy for a new process/program roll out, then spend the afternoon partnering with cross functional teams on program development. You'll analyse completion rates and performance data to assess program effectiveness, then end your day planning next week's site visits and preparing a business review on learning impact for senior leadership.
